These terms govern your use of the NorthTitan website and services. By using the website, booking a call or joining a program you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Our services
NorthTitan provides educational content and coaching that help coaches and consultants build an offer, a video sales letter, a booking page and a follow-up system. Program details, inclusions and pricing are described on our website at the time you enrol.
Payments and billing
Monthly plans are billed in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. Pay-in-full plans are charged once at the discounted price shown at checkout. You can cancel a monthly plan at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Your responsibilities
Provide accurate information when booking or enrolling.
Use our materials for your own business only and do not resell or redistribute them.
Treat our team and other community members with respect.
Intellectual property
All training, templates, scripts and materials remain the property of NorthTitan. Scripts and pages we create with you for your business are yours to use once paid for in full.
Limitation of liability
We provide our services with care and skill, but your results depend on many factors outside our control. To the extent permitted by law, NorthTitan is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of our services.
